We are practicing dentists! We have completed 5 acquisitions and four start ups! We currently own and operate multiple 7-figure dental offices. Questions Every Dentist Should be Able to Answer About Their Practice

1)What is your average revenue over the last 12 months

2) What is your average monthly new patient flow

3) What is your treatment or case acceptance percentage? (how many patients accept the treatment you present to them?)

4) What is your average practice profitability (monthly/annually) as reflected on your profit and loss statements?

5) What is your average monthly collections percentage?

6) What is your current attrition rate? (how many patients are slipping out the back door without anyone noticing). What are the current methods your practice employs to significantly reduce patient attrition and decrease the number of new patients you need?

7) What is the hygiene re-appt rate? (what percentage of your hygiene patients pre-book their next appointment?)
